Neeser joined forces with Done!SEO, a small, full-service online marketing firm based in El Segundo. Christian Neeser was primarily responsible for managing all SEO initiatives as well as systemizing the SEO project management workflow. This small company transformed into a thriving seven-figure agency in less than two years.

In June 2009, Neeser was promoted to Director of the SEO/PPC agency branch of the organization. In this position, he manages the day-to-day operations including business development, team management and SEO strategy implementations while continuing to work hands-on with a select list of SEO clients.
